The CalClicks.com website is a wholly owned subsidiary of ReddingCal.com.
CalClicks.com provides the user with a web directory as well as other services ("Services") which is solely hosted on the CalClicks.com website. By using the CalClicks.com website, you agree to all of the rules stated in the terms and conditions.
Search Engine
CalClicks.com provides the user with a directory of websites and access to websites on the world-wide-web. These websites are provided both by CalClicks.com and third party directories and/or Search Engines - know as "default results".CALCLICKS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE LEGALITY, NATURE OR CONTENT OF THESE WEBSITES.
Advertisers
Advertising on CalClicks.com is done on a "pay-per-click" bidding process. By adding their site to the CalClicks.com database, advertisers agree to pay CalClicks.com a pre-specified amount for each unique visitor sent to the advertiser's website. A unique visitor is defined as a visitor who, a determined using CalClicks.com's reasonable estimates, has not visited the advertisers website within a specific time period using the same advertising keyword link. CalClicks.com will put forth commercially reasonable technical efforts to make sure that traffic delivered to an advertisers website is unique. CalClicks.com makes no guarantees as to the amount of "traffic" your site receives as a result of advertising.CalClicks.com may have many partner websites ("Affiliates") which display results of CalClicks.com searches. Advertiser links may appear and be accessible on partner websites. In such situations, and unless specifically informed otherwise, all advertiser links displayed in other mediums will include the full title, description and link provided to CalClicks.com.
CalClicks.com reserves the right to remove any advertiser or website link at any time and for any reason. In the event that CalClicks.com removes an advertiser, all unspent funds will be returned to the advertiser. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, sites promoting illegal materials, potentially infringing materials including trademark or copyright infringements, or racial or hate motivated sites.
Making payments via Credit Card or other payment methods, i.e. check, PayPal or otherwise, you agree to these terms as set forth. We will not refund any payment for reasons of lack of traffic to your sites. We do however assure every effort possible to afford all possible exposure to your sites from our search engine and directory where displayed. You further agree that NO effort to chargeback funds used to acquire advertising on CalClicks.com will occur.
Use of Content
You may NOT use the content of this site - except by typical means, i.e a web browser for purpose of searching or collecting information for personal use. You may NOT use ANY content on this site for any commercial means whatsoever, nor shall you redistribute, spider, cache, copy, copy by screenshot, mechanically acquire, or electronically acquire by information extraction any content from this website by any means without express written permission from the legal signature of representation of CalClicks.com unless otherwise initiated by CalClicks by means of submission or by written request. This includes but not limited to use for your commercial sites. By entering into this site by any means you agree to these terms as prescribe by law domestic and international.Disclaimer of Warranties

Amendment of Terms
CalClicks.com may amend this Agreement from time to time as necessary. Except as stated below, all amended terms are automatically effective within 24 hours after they are initially posted. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except by prior notification to be no less than 10 business days where effected by CalClicks.com clients, advertisers or affiliates.This agreement was last modified on October 07, 2002.
